My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral theory utilizing a strengths-based approach. Over the years I have worked best with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety relationship/codependency issues, family of origin trauma and life transitions stress. I prefer to work with clients who are interested in exploring together the root of the problem that impacts their life. We will explore together the goals you hope to achieve in therapy and partner to work through the issues that are disrupting your life. 
The thing I love about therapy is helping others through life issues and barriers to living a healthy and happy life. I strongly believe that when people have the tools to be their best, they can foster their happiness and overcome barriers.

FITNESS

​Exercise is a powerful tool for improving mental health. Regular physical activity boosts the production of endorphins, which are natural mood elevators, and reduces stress hormones like cortisol. Exercise can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance focus and concentration, and promote feelings of well-being. As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I can guide you to the best activities that will help to boost your mood and overall wellness.

NUTRITION

Food and mood are closely connected, as the nutrients in our diet influence brain health and emotional well-being. As a Certified Integrated Mental Health Therapist I take an inventory of your diet to understand how it may be impacting your mental health.  Our brains need fuel to function optimally and there are various foods proven to help to improve depression and anxiety. My goal with nutrition is to provide education for others to make their own educated decisions about what feels best to them regarding nutrition and the types of foods that fuel their lifestyle.

I currently offer personalized 1:1 therapy sessions with a holistic focus on overall wellness. While mental health is at the core of our work, I also emphasize the vital role that physical activity and nutritional habits play in supporting and enhancing mental well-being. Together, we’ll address the interconnected aspects of health to create a balanced and sustainable path toward wellness.

$200 initial intake session = 60-90 minutes

$150 follow up session = 60 minutes
